2.1 We offer professional CV writing and editing services tailored to individual client needs.
2.2 The Services may include CV creation, resume editing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and related consultancy.
- Client Responsibilities
3.1 The Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the provision of Services. We shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the provision of inaccurate information.
3.2 The Client retains responsibility for reviewing and approving all drafts, final versions, or content produced by us. Any requested revisions must be communicated within 10 days of receipt.
- Payment Terms
4.1 Payment for Services is due upon engagement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4.2 We reserve the right to withhold delivery or suspend Services until full payment has been received.
- Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Upon full payment, the Client retains full ownership of the final CV and related materials.
5.2 We retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated Client information for marketing or promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Confidentiality
6.1 We agree to keep all Client information confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without explicit consent, except as required by law.
- Limitation of Liability
7.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services provided.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
8.2 Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Johannesburg, South Africa.
- Refunds
9.1 We allow refunds under the following conditions:
9.1.1 The Client notifies us of their intent to return the service within 10 days of the purchase date.
9.1.2 The Service has not been utilized or accessed by the Client.
9.1.3 The Client provides valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
9.2 Refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
9.2.1 The Service has been utilized, accessed, or partially completed by the Client.
9.2.2 The refund request is made after the specified return period.
- Modification of Terms
10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through the website.
